Research Use Only Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, or placing an order on PureBond (“Website”), you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to the following Research Use Only Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase any products.
1. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this Agreement. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age to purchase or access research chemicals, you confirm you meet that requirement.
2. Research Use Only / Not for Human or Animal Consumption
All products sold on this Website are offered for laboratory research use only. You acknowledge and agree that products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not intended for use in or on the body, including but not limited to ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical use, or any other form of administration.
3. No Medical Advice or Medical Claims
You acknowledge that PureBond does not provide medical advice. Website content, product descriptions, or communications are provided for general informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. These products have not been approved by the FDA.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Compliance
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any product complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
- You will use products only in a qualified laboratory setting and in accordance with appropriate safety procedures.
- You will not use products for any prohibited, unlawful, or unapproved purpose.
5. No Misuse; No Redistribution
You agree not to misuse products or assist others in misuse. You further agree not to resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute products in a manner that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
6. Certificates of Analysis
Where available, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) and/or lab reports may be provided for reference. You understand that such documents relate only to the referenced batch/sample and do not constitute a warranty of suitability for any particular use.
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that handling research materials involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with purchasing, handling, storage, and use of products obtained from this Website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureBond and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injuries, claims, or expenses arising from or related to: misuse of products; failure to follow safe handling procedures; violations of this Agreement; or violations of applicable laws or regulations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PureBond and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Website or products purchased therein.
10. Account Access and Acceptance Record
Your acceptance of this Agreement is recorded by the Website (including version, date/time, and technical information) for compliance and audit purposes. Checking the “I Agree” box during registration is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature.
11. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Website or your account after being presented with updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction in which PureBond operates.
