Refunds & Returns

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or items are missing from your order, please contact us at support@purebond.health within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable (for damaged items)

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. To request a cancellation, email support@purebond.health as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Purity Guarantee

If a PureBond product falls below its stated purity level as confirmed by an accredited independent laboratory, we will issue a replacement or full refund. Purity claims must be verified through an approved testing facility.
