Browse our catalog at purebond.health, add products to your cart, and complete checkout. Creating a free account lets you track orders, access your order history, and unlock wholesale pricing if eligible.
Can I place an order without an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, an account is required to track orders, view history, and access wholesale pricing.
What if I don’t see a product I need?
Email us at support@purebond.health. We review special requests regularly and can often accommodate custom inquiries.
Do you offer custom batches?
Yes. Custom batches are available with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 30 kits (300 vials). Contact us to discuss specifications and lead time.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our domestic U.S. facility. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from order placement. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes. Orders placed before 2PM ET ship the same business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. UK and international shipping is coming soon.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more.

What purity guarantee do you offer?
All PureBond products carry a minimum 97% purity guarantee. Select products are guaranteed at 99%+. If a product tests below its stated purity through an accredited lab, we will issue a replacement or refund.
How do I access Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
COAs are available for every product and batch through our COA portal, accessible from the site header.
Are your products for human use?
No. All PureBond peptides are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. See our Research Use Terms for full details.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Contact us at support@purebond.health with your business name, type, and estimated monthly order volume. We’ll review and follow up within 2 business days.
What are the benefits of a wholesale account?
Wholesale (B2B) accounts get volume pricing, access to our wholesale ordering portal, priority fulfillment, and dedicated account support.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you received a wrong, damaged, or missing item, contact support@purebond.health and we will make it right.
What if my order is wrong or damaged?
Email support@purebond.health within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
